About Us

Philip Edwards FCA - International Client Services Partner

Philip Edwards is Anglo-Swiss by background and educated in both countries. Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in November 1965. He returned to Zurich and joined Arthur Andersen for three years and spent a further three years working for a major American company out of Zurich as Assistant Controller Europe principally involved in financial troubleshooting, financial control and reporting to the USA.

In 1971 he set up Adfida Trust AG with a Swiss partner representing European and International clients from Zurich. On the death of his partner in 1996 he relocated to London where he joined Everett & Son with the objective of developing our European business and international links, in particular in the German speaking countries of Europe (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Philip was one of the founder members of Kreston International, an Accountant's association which has now spread to over 80 countries worldwide. His areas of expertise include the structuring of inward investment into the UK, the use of the UK as a base for non domiciles, fund raising including start-up operations, private equity or venture capital search, formation of tax efficient U.K. vehicles, the purchase of property and mortgage search for foreign buyers, purchase investigations etc.

Philip is bilingual in German and English.
