Kevin Anderson is a well respected designer who has a particular flair and reputation in the area of Multi Million pound out of town shopping centre developments.

Kevin is a “typical” entrepreneurial designer whose flair and ingenuity make him invaluable to his clients but do not necessarily equip him to run a business in this ever more compliance lead environment. Kevin ran a small and growing design company back in the eighties and was tempted to join a well respected (household name) Advertising Agency believing it would enable him to deal on a higher plane. Having realised that this “big firm” environment was not for him as it suppressed the very attributes that made him what he is, he managed to very successfully extricate himself from this environment to start again with his own company : bringing with him a trusted partner, Hazel Weinberg, and a small but loyal team of colleagues and support staff.

His first contact once he knew what was possible was Jon Cross at the Everett Group.

Having known Jon from his previous business he knew that to do things properly he needed a firm and trusted pair of hands to keep the company on the growth path to success. He contracted the Everett Group to provide the whole range of compliance services as well as outsourcing the bookkeeping and accounting function of his new company.

In addition the Company relies on Jon to provide expert financial guidance for the board and attend regular meetings presenting up to date financial information and budgets and forecasts. In fact he whole range of our “Financial Director” package which provides expert service when a full time FD cannot be justified.

The Board is very happy with the Everett Group involvement which enables the directors and staff to concentrate on their own areas of expertise and not to have to worry about matters they are untrained to deal with. They can “run the business” whilst we “run the company”
